N82S147N / 6349 PROM is a 4K-bit (4096-BIT) TTL Tri-State output bipolar PROM (512 x 8), DIP-20 Package. Any of the following Subs we stock you may receive when ordering and will work: 82S147, 6349, uPB424, MB7124, 6349-1, TBP28S42, HM7649-5, 29621 and DM74S472. Used on many arcade / pinball and other applications. We test 100% of our Proms to make sure they are Blank and verified never been programmed. Note: Proms require programming prior to use. Some programmers cannot do fuse link proms so ensure you can burn these prior to purchasing otherwise send us a note as we can burn most of the Proms with your supplied files for an additional cost.
