TIP142 is a NPN Darlington Complementary Silicon Power Transistors Designed for general−purpose amplifier and low frequency switching applications, TO-247 Package. 10 AMPERE DARLINGTON COMPLEMENTARY SILICON POWER TRANSISTORS 100 VOLTS, 125 WATTS. Used in many applications for pinball, arcade on the G80 power supply and others. The TIP142 higher rated and will also replace the TIP140 and TIP141.
