BYV28-200 Ultra-Fast Avalanche Sinterglass Diode, SOD-64 Package (D1056). Glass passivated junction, Hermetically sealed package, Ultra fast recovery time, used for High voltage rectification and Efficiency diode in horizontal deflection circuit. 3.5 Amp 200 volts and has a 30 ns reverse recovery time. This is used on many monitor and other applications including the Wells Gardner K7400, K7500, U2000 and U5000 chassis (066X0097-001) at D106A, D106B and D106C and any other location that requires this diode.
