VLM5030 is a Sanyo Sound Speech Chip, DIP-40 Package.  Used in many arcade / pinball games to mimic human speech such as Arm Wrestling, Double Dribble, Galactic Warriors, Gradius, Hyper Crash, Hyper Sports, Jail Break, Konami RF2: Red Fighter, Life Force, Punch-Out!!, Reaktor, Road Fighters, Rock’n Rage, Super Basketball, Super Punch-Out!!, The Masters of Kin, Track & Field, TwinBee, Wizz Quiz, Yie Ar Kung-Fu and Konami GX400 series PCBs.
