TMS5110ANL DIP-28 rare speech control sound processor used on many applications such as Valadon arcade games from the 1980’s including but not limited to Bagman. This chip is the large .6 row spacing. Used on at least two home computer products. It was used on the arcade game Bagman by Valadon Automation, and by Omnicron Electronics on the TCC-14 Talking Clock/Calendar, and on the arcade game A.D. 2083 by Midcoin, and on the Chrysler Electronic Voice Alert vehicle monitoring system. These are NOS chips and working.
