This is a great addition to your William’s system nine games and maybe others as well. Replacing the gigantic capacitor I don’t know. The original one is glued against the back wall. Putting a new one and requires using this to screw down the new capacitor. Like you would in an Atari game no. Don’t be cheap if you get a big blue grab one of these for your Williams game. Also if your Atari game has one that’s rusted or looks like garbage might as well just replace it
