MJE15032 is a NPN 8 AMP, 250 VOLTS, 50 WATTS Complementary Silicon Plastic Power Transistors that are designed for use as high−frequency drivers in audio amplifiers,  TO-220AB Package with lead pinout of BCE.  The MJE15032G can be used to replace the MJE15028, MJE15030 and also the obsolete SDS-201, SDS201 & D40P1, D40P3, D40P5 on the Williams High voltage power supplies IF you cross the leads properly so the lead pinout of the MJE15032 matches the SDS-201, D40P1, D40P3 & D40P5  with EBC lead pinout.
