2N5632 is a Silicon NPN Power Transistor, TO-3 Package BEC lead layout. Designed for high power amplifier and switching applications where high voltages are required. This is a common voltage regulator for arcade monitors such as Wells Gardner V1000 (19V1001, 22V1001) at Q101.
