Description
This NJVBDX53C is a much better quality transistor than the BDX53C and is NPN Darlington 8 Ampere Complementary Silicon Power Transistor 100 Volts, 65 Watts, TO-220 Package. This BDX53C is higher rated and can replace all the following transistors BDX53A and BDX53B. This is used on many applications including Wells Gardner K7500, K7400, U2000 and U5000 arcade monitor chassis at Q710 as the Horizontal width circuit transistor.
