Description
P2114A-4 / AM9114BPC 1K x 4 Ram in a DIP-18 Package. This replaces the Midway Ms Pacman and pacman Ram Memory 2114-2 at locations 4K, 4L, 4M, 4N, 4P and 4R and any other PCB that require 2114 or 9114 RAM. This can replace many different 2114 ram such as M2114, MM2114n-2 and many others.

The speed of the RAM is apparently 450ns, which is too slow for my application. Not complaining, but just a warning for folks that may need faster RAM for their project. (I needed something < 333 ns for my Vectrex).

some of our ram we may have different speeds so if you add a note to your order that you need a minimum speed we can make sure we send that if we have it.
